Graceful Living Roofing, LLC ("Graceful Living Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through gracefullivingroofing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

We collect this automatic information using Google Analytics (GA4). We may also use Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel tracking to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other websites (commonly known as retargeting).

Text message (SMS) information. If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, appointment confirmations or job updates), we collect your phone number and your consent status for that purpose.

We use our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to host the Site and manage customer relationships. Information you submit through our forms or chat widget is stored there and is used by our team to follow up with you and manage your project.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With companies that help us run our business and the Site, including our CRM, hosting, chat, and text messaging provider, Google (Analytics and Ads), and Meta (Pixel/advertising). These providers process information on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies.
• Insurance and public adjusting assistance. If you engage our insurance claims assistance service, we may share relevant information with your insurance company or with our public adjusting partner to help process your claim. We only do this in connection with a claim you have asked us to help with.
• Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Graceful Living Roofing, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving Graceful Living Roofing.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:

• Necessary functions, such as remembering your session while you browse or use the chat widget
• Analytics, through Google Analytics (GA4), to understand how visitors use the Site

If you opt in to receive text messages from us:

• Message frequency varies based on your project and communications with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

• Marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
• Access, correction, or deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it, by emailing michaelhale@gracefullivingroofing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep it (for example, records tied to a completed job or insurance claim).
• Cookies and ads. See Section 6 above for how to manage cookies and ad personalization.

Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive state consumer privacy law of general application. If you are a resident of a state with its own consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law; contact us using the details above and we will address your request.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
